As a Virtual Customer Chat Distribution Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users through live chat and email. You'll work in a calm, structured environment, handling a variety of support requests, from login recovery and subscription questions to billing concerns and platform navigation. Key Responsibilities
