Job Summary

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members and providers. You'll be responsible for addressing member and provider inquiries, providing direction on Plan policies, procedures, and benefits, and ensuring that our members receive the support and information they need to navigate our health care services. This is a hybrid-remote role, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and in our office, depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's Plan policies, procedures, and benefits, as well as our member and provider needs.

  • Provide clear and concise documentation of call details for tracking of member/provider contacts.
  • Identify and communicate trends that are indicative of enterprise service issues.
  • Escalate member/provider concerns and servicing issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Execute corporate and department policies/practices in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and providers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

* High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or advanced education desirable.

  • 2+ years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call-center setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and providers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and system data entry.
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
  • Ability to work in a hybrid-remote environment, with flexibility to work from home and in the office.
