Job Summary
The Order Entry / Customer Service Assistant will work in a team setting to assist Customer Service by processing orders, preparing all related paperwork, and maintaining a high level of accuracy. This role will also involve working closely with the Management, Shipping, and Production departments to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process. Additionally, the Order Entry / Customer Service Assistant will serve as a backup for answering phone calls and will need to become knowledgeable in all arenaflex products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department goals
- Accurately enter data into a variety of computer programs
- Maintain filing system
- Provide general support to customer service representatives and management
- Assist in maintaining customer records
- Answer phone calls
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous office experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to learn other programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Mathematical skills – above average, quick mathematical skills are required
- Strong reasoning ability
