As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll become a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and support departments to resolve customer issues and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments.
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback on call issues.
  • Upselling when required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred but not required.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 30.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 10.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms, internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
