Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries: Field customer inquiries, find innovative solutions, and provide excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Work with confidential customer information, treat it sensitively, and aim to resolve issues on the first call.
  • Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: Offer feedback on call issues and upsell when required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Typing Speed: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Computer Skills: You should be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
  • Customer Service and/or Sales Experience: Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • College Degree: A college degree is preferred but not required.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, and no packet loss or ping under 50ms.
  • ISP: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace.
