Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant & Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day responsibilities and functions of the office, including answering and transferring phone calls, responding to emails, and providing administrative assistance to team members.

  • Make outbound calls to clients to gather information, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Update client files and company databases using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Run company reports using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to EEO guidelines to protect client and company information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as filing paperwork, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.

Requirements

* Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in data entry and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.
