Job Summary

As a Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments. You'll work closely with our team to maintain quality, production, and compliance standards, while supporting departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows. Key Responsibilities

* Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems

• Track, maintain, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence
• Index, correct, and post historic payments as required
• Manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers
• Assist with special projects to support operational success

What We're Looking For

* Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, and general PC/Windows systems

• Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to multitask
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
