Job Summary

As a Customer Team Member at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with your colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping our customers find what they need, answering their queries, and championing our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing arenaflex products and services

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment, supporting each other to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience
  • Ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining high standards of housekeeping, stock management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition
  • Support local community initiatives and events, getting involved in activities that make a positive impact on the community

Essential Qualifications

* A genuine care for the needs of customers and colleagues

  • Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A positive approach to change and problem-solving
  • The flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till
  • Ability to lift and move stock, and stand for long periods
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with arenaflex systems
