Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial Data Analyst to support the arenaflex+ Product, Marketing, and Content Curation teams. As a key member of the Studio Research & Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Assist with qualitative and quantitative research activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Combine disparate data sets using SQL to support the daily operations of the arenaflex+ consumer experience monitoring program
• Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including data vendors and internal teams
• Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data for various teams within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of arenaflex+
• Manage assigned projects, ensure quality assurance, and report progress to supervisors
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all outcomes are strategically actionable and drive key decision-making
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources and requirements
• Respond to critical data requests from internal clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources
• Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills
• Ability to work rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations
• Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Proficiency in data processing tools, such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight
• Experience with survey tools, such as Decipher, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
• Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA
• Advanced degree in Market Research or Statistics
• Quantitative research background, either supplier-side or client-side
• Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy
