Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to arenaflex members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greeting members, signing up and touring new members, and logging amenities
• Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promoting our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Qualifications

To be successful as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequently climb, balance, kneel and crouch during shift
• Continually reach with hands/fingers/arms during shift
