Experienced Customer Solutions Specialist – Multilingual Support for arenaflex

Job Summary

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you will act as the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing-related questions, educating customers on the offered services and system capabilities, arranging the scheduling of vehicles for maintenance and installation, and troubleshooting system and hardware-related issues in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and rewarding environment in multiple languages.

Key Duties

• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and cases in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with billing and contract-related requests, providing clear and concise explanations of arenaflex's services and policies.
  • Educate customers and answer general questions about the supported software, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Reach out to customers to schedule installation of orders, while coordinating with subcontractor technicians to ensure seamless execution.
  • Standardized troubleshooting of user-reported issues with the supported software and hardware, utilizing technical expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks and projects in alignment with the business needs, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with CRM software is a significant plus, demonstrating proficiency in managing customer relationships and data.

Languages:

• Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese (C1) and English (B2), written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• A High school diploma or equivalent, with a College level preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.

  • Previous experience in BPO and Customer Service, with a focus on technical account management, is highly desirable.
