Responsibilities
As a Spanish Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs, providing accurate and complete information to resolve their queries

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Native or near-native Spanish speaker
- B2-level English
- Passion for customer support, with a competitive and risk-taking attitude
- At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
- Previous experience in the customer sector will be considered positively
