The Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing high-touch, personalized support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our software solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and providing proactive support to ensure our customers achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat to our customers across the globe

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers
  • Work closely with our development team to identify and report technical issues and provide feedback on product enhancements

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech startup or software company

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints
  • Proficiency in SAAS solutions and experience with customer support software (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the floral industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of floristry software and technology
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
