What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via chats and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer support, resolving issues, and building long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and industry trends
  • Securing sensitive customer information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure a positive experience for our clients
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
  • Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to ensure seamless communication and support

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Portuguese and English B2 communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Personal or professional experience in the crypto industry
  • Analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Nice to Have

While not required, the following skills and experiences will be a great plus:

  • A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing
  • Experience with CRM systems
