What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:

  • Bring your expertise and product knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers' general health care benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members.
  • Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information.

A Typical Day

* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps).

  • You'll have access to a comprehensive training program, including webcam-enabled coaching and engagement, to ensure your success in the role.
  • You'll be part of a global team of curious lifelong learners, guided by our company values and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.

  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer experience, including proficiency in using a computer and navigating online systems.
  • A smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in.
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for clear communication.
