Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients, including:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues

• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
• Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a self-employed Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of hours you work. arenaflex offers a range of programs and opportunities that can help you increase your earning potential, including performance-based pay and incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

• Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to your participation.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you best. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients. The more you service, the higher your earning potential!

Technology Needed for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have access to a computer, internet connection, and a quiet workspace. arenaflex's systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook, so you'll need to use a Windows-based computer.
