Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers across a variety of industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic typing skills and computer literacy
Strong customer service and written skills
Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
Familiarity with multiple systems, programs, and screens

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the programs you choose to participate in. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and incentives, and you'll have the flexibility to choose the programs that best fit your skills and interests.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
Complete a W9 form
Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to participation.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that fit your needs. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
