As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote position, and we're looking for individuals located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 60 - 70 plus WPM

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a data entry or administrative role

  • Familiarity with legal documentation and process serving
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access or other database management systems
  • Experience with quality control and assurance processes
