Job Responsibilities As a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries * Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicating effectively with clients * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, emails, and phone calls * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences Work Schedule This position requires working variable hours to meet customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules acknowledged 6 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must be available to work during our peak hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
