Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business success by monitoring service levels, managing operational KPIs, and analyzing performance metrics. You'll work closely with our US ERC Workforce Management team to ensure effective management of incoming and outgoing phone, chat, and email volumes, and develop strategic plans to optimize peak readiness and headcount hiring. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and analyzing interval level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, and productivity to identify areas for improvement
• Ensuring adherence to operational expectations, such as shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, and max calls adherence
• Managing operational metrics, including service levels, occupancy, PTL, and utilization, to meet daily targets
• Collaborating with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Mentoring and developing fellow team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Providing insights and recommendations to drive business success and improve metric performance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, mathematics, or computer science
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of workforce management software, such as Workforce Management or ERC
• Certification in data analysis or process improvement, such as Six Sigma or Lean
