Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and provide top-notch support to our customers via phone or chat platform. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve queries and issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers through phone or chat platform to provide product information and resolve queries
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to customers

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • A computer with a webcam, headset, and microphone
  • A typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or software

  • Fluency in multiple languages (English required; additional languages a plus)
  • Experience with CRM software or customer relationship management systems
