Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and exceptional service to develop lasting customer relationships
• Support campaigns throughout the customer journey via phone, SMS, and email
• Represent the organization’s values and brand in all interactions
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings including fit, style, and inventory
• Build one-on-one customer engagement through regular communication
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and products
• Resolve customer issues with care, listening actively and providing creative solutions
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while adhering to schedules
• Assist with inbound customer inquiries as needed
• Foster a positive, empathetic, and energetic team environment
