We're seeking two highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerks to join our team on a part-time basis, or one full-time role. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for maintaining data clarity and accuracy, working independently in a remote setting. What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Data Clarity and Accuracy: You'll be responsible for inputting information from scanned or handwritten documents into structured digital formats, double-checking records to ensure details are correct and complete, and identifying and flagging inconsistencies or errors in source materials.
- Generating Status Updates and Summaries: Occasionally, you'll help generate status updates or summaries for supervisors, providing valuable insights into our data records.
- Collaborating with the Team: You'll work closely with our team to ensure that data records are reliable, current, and ready for use by the broader team.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Independence and Focus: You'll be comfortable working independently in a remote setting, staying focused and motivated to meet deadlines.
- Excel and Microsoft Office Expertise: You'll have a solid grasp of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Typing Speed and Accuracy: You'll possess a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous Clerical Experience: Previous experience in clerical work, such as virtual admin, digital recordkeeping, or other remote data entry jobs, is a bonus.

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you can expect:
