Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our online customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Processing orders and returns efficiently and accurately

Qualifications
