The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides critical support to US residents during times of need. You will work remotely, using your exceptional communication skills to consult with customers, provide solutions to their problems, and resolve issues with patience and understanding. Your expertise in Spanish and English will be invaluable in this role, as you will be working with customers who may require assistance in both languages.

Key Responsibilities

* Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their problems

  • Respond to customer inquiries with active listening and empathy
  • Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
  • Utilize various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat, to provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Computer experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • US citizenship (required for this role)

Technology Requirements

* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)

  • USB wired headset (recommended)
  • Smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
  • arenaflex will provide a computer for the duration of the project
