[Remote] Inside Sales Representative - Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Inside Sales Representative will engage in outbound and inbound sales calls, promote additional services, and assist customers in finding solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our 2-week remote sales training program
• Make outbound calls to our loyal customers to promote additional services
• Answer inbound calls from potential new customers who are looking to improve the safety and enjoyment of their homes and yards
• Assist them in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
• Acquire the necessary information to document sales and process payments
• Open doors to new opportunities through referrals and perform additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Remote Sales experience
• Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
• Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs
• Spanish fluency is a plus
