What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing Document Review and Data Entry Support: Accurately and efficiently review and process documents, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and on time.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Cross-Training Team Members: Train and cross-train team members as necessary, ensuring that everyone has the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Completing Additional Duties as Assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Typing Speed of Minimum 45 WPM: Possess a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute, ensuring that you can enter data accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Have experience working in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your basic education and training.
  • Detail-Oriented with Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, ensuring that you can accurately interpret information and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to Follow Instructions and Interpret Information Accurately: Be able to follow instructions and interpret information accurately, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to work independently.
