Job Description

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk and Help Desk Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Account creation and online portal registration for clients
  • Processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Helping backlog and processing new tickets that come through
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues

Key Responsibilities:

* Account creation and online portal registration for clients

  • Processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Helping backlog and processing new tickets that come through
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve complex issues

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk operations

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes

* Experience in the healthcare industry

  • ServiceNow and CyberArk experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
