What to Expect as a UNiD Customer Specialist:

As a UNiD Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Managing and Updating Surgical Schedules: Ensure seamless coordination of surgical schedules, working closely with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to design patient-specific implants. - Collaborating with Hospital Staff and Sales Representatives: Build strong relationships with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Collecting Patient Radiographic Images: Gather patient radiographic images from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate collection and transmission. - Relaying Case Information to Engineers: Provide critical case information to engineers in a timely manner, facilitating the development and delivery of innovative medical technologies. - Clinic, Hospital, and Patient Account Management: Manage clinic, hospital, and patient accounts, including scheduling and implant verification, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of medical technologies.

What We're Looking For in a Candidate:

To succeed as a UNiD Customer Specialist, you'll need: - Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, medical technology, or a related field. - Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical case management, surgical scheduling, or research coordination. - 2+ Years of Medical Case Management Experience: Proven experience in medical case management, with a strong understanding of medical technologies and healthcare solutions. - Experience as a Surgical Scheduler: Experience as a surgical scheduler, with a strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient care. - Experience as a Research Coordinator: Experience as a research coordinator, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis.
