Amazon Agency US Client Manager

Are you an Amazon expert passionate about driving business growth on the world's largest e-commerce platform? TurnKey Product Management is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Manager to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing brands and scaling their business on Amazon through strategic planning, optimization, and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Strategic Planning: Create and execute monthly game plans to scale client businesses on Amazon, leveraging Amazon's tools and promotional opportunities.
• Amazon Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's platform, including brand registry, listing optimization, PPC, and promotional tools.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze client performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies.
• Communication & Collaboration: Lead client meetings, provide insightful recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams (project managers, client services, marketing) to ensure client success.
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance Amazon expertise and client management skills.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client service delivery.
• Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and contribute to a strong client retention rate.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience managing Amazon businesses (seller or agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Amazon's e-commerce landscape and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Google Suite).
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• A proactive problem-solver with a continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Dedicated home office workspace with reliable internet access.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based commission and bonus potential (1% - 5% of base pay).
