Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Helping customers with their sales questions, including financing options and product recommendations
• Collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality, guaranteeing customer satisfaction on every call
• Providing product solutions and performing other duties as assigned

• Ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. arenaflex provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.
