The Role
As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers, with a focus on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
* Monitoring delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
* Using appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
* Informing and educating new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures
* Placing outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
* 1+ years of current or previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
* 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
* Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm CST
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
