The Role As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers, with a focus on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists * Monitoring delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution * Using appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations * Informing and educating new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures * Placing outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities.
