Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced live chat support specialist to join our remote team. As a live chat support agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your knowledge and expertise to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and consistent support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to set your own schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment
