Job Summary

As a Customer Care Liaison at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, healthcare providers, and cross-divisional teams. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to provide timely and accurate support, ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll work collaboratively with our teams to resolve customer requests, coordinate orders, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Process received orders in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

  • Maintain detailed data in the applicable system(s), monitoring account activity as necessary
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring the facilitation of diverse customer requests
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to coordinate customer service orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned, including focus on one or more departments or locations

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma required

  • 1-2 years' related experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments with the ability to multitask concurrent priorities in an organized manner
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic attitude
  • Great oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
