Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Chat Representative to join our team, responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our user-friendly software. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be working closely with customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be an integral part of driving sales growth and revenue for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our user-friendly software

  • Respond to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from the company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in our Facebook Group to achieve sales goals
  • Work in a fully remote environment with a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world

Essential Qualifications

* No prior sales experience required – we'll provide comprehensive training to get you started

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales and customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
