Junior Copywriter (Immediate start)
Superbolt is a creative agency seeking a Junior Copywriter to join their NYC Creative Team. In this role, you’ll craft digital copy for various formats while collaborating with designers and marketers to produce compelling campaigns for innovative brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging copy for paid social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.), email, landing pages, and websites
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and senior creatives to build cohesive, high-performing campaigns
- Brainstorm and pitch new ad concepts, scripts, and taglines for a variety of DTC and emerging brands
- Conduct audience and competitive research to inform creative decisions
- Incorporate data and performance insights to refine messaging and improve results
- Participate in internal reviews, creative presentations, and occasional client calls
- Grow your craft through structured feedback, mentorship, and creative learning opportunities
Skills
- 1–2 years of professional copywriting experience
- Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Natural sense of voice, rhythm, and storytelling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Curiosity and proactivity in contributing ideas
- Excitement about using AI best practices to enhance copywriting capabilities
- Passion for helping modern, mission-driven brands grow
- NYC-based (or willing to commute) and authorized to work in the U.S
