[Remote] HR/Recruiting Coordinator

Paynada is a company seeking an HR/Recruiting Coordinator to support their HR team in managing administrative recruiting tasks and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing general HR support to drive efficient hiring operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
  • Conduct initial resume reviews to identify candidates who meet basic qualifications
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with applicants through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS (ADP WorkforceNow)
  • Post job openings and ensure listing remain updated and accurate
  • Support the HR team with pipeline management and follow-up tasks
  • Backup for offer letters and assist with pre-hire documentation as needed
  • Help track recruiting metrics and provide administrative support for reporting
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new-hire paperwork and coordinating first-day logistics
  • May conduct prescreen interviews as well
  • Perform general HR administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

Skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruiting processes required
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
