Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers calling in regarding product and service information for one of our ministry clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and resolves their issue efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers calling in regarding product and service information for one ministry client

  • Process orders, handle product returns, and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Select and explain potential solutions to customers, expediting corrections or adjustments as needed
  • Answer general questions and provide accurate information to customers
  • Multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and quality focus
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience (1+ year) in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
  • Dependable with outstanding attendance record
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
