Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues related to orders, products, payments, and shipping using Shopify and Gorgias
• Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
• Assisting customers with product recommendations and providing detailed information about our electrolyte products
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Continuously updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an e-commerce environment
• Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Knowledge or interest in the electrolyte/hydration/health and wellness industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
• Certification in customer service or a related field
