Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Officer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve customer issues with confidence and reliability, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and support. -

Data Management:

Enter and update customer information in the database promptly and accurately, ensuring that records are current and organized. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback regarding their experiences and proactively suggest improvements to enhance service quality. -

Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with colleagues and partners, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. -

Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of reports concerning customer interactions and service metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. -

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Officer at arenaflex, you will need: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or business administration is a plus. -

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. -

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer service software or CRM systems. -
