Talent Acquisition Partner
Molson Coors is a company transforming the beverage industry with a diverse portfolio of products. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles in breweries, working collaboratively within the Culture and Engagement team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve an effective and consistent talent acquisition process
- Create and maintain talent resource pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization
- Drive a high‑quality talent pipeline by leveraging strategic sourcing tactics and building strong, long‑term relationships with candidates and industry partners
- Connect business and talent trends as a business strategic support and consultant; you’ll be a true partner and subject matter expert on talent acquisition
Skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of progressive experience in recruitment on manufacturing roles is preferred
- You are a confident and competent recruiter
- You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You value and embrace change
- You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
- You believe in the value of the candidate experience and strive to provide the utmost service and support to all customers – both internal and external
