Job Responsibilities:
As a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling Sales Calls: Convert sales calls into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets.
- Building Sales Funnels: Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Overseeing Initial Cleanings: Ensure smooth operations during initial cleanings.
- Follow-up with Clients: Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
- Digital Marketing Projects: Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
- Reporting and Statistics: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
- Scheduling: Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
- Embracing AI Technology: Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes.

Compensation:
