Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. You'll be responsible for inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating customer information, and verifying outdated data to ensure that our records are up-to-date and accurate. Key Responsibilities:

* Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database with precision and accuracy

  • Update customer information in a database, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet, making it easily accessible and usable
  • Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records, ensuring that our databases are always current and accurate
  • Communicate with customers to update information, providing exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent computer skills, including typing and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal errors and maximum productivity

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data entry software and systems, such as Excel, Access, or other database management tools

  • Knowledge of data entry best practices and procedures
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
