Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Inventory & Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a night shift schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 6:15pm-6:30am). As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory, and performing data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities

As an Inventory & Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing orders and maintaining inventory into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Performing data entry tasks, including researching and correcting transaction errors
• Handling domestic and international shipping documents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and transactions
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless inventory management and data entry processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to speak, read (fine print), and write in English
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
• High school diploma or equivalent
