Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Spanish-speaking Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support. If you're a self-driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Application Data Entry
  • Online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills
  • High level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, would also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you'll also be eligible for performance and attendance-based incentives.
