As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and build long-lasting relationships. Your expertise in property and casualty insurance will enable you to navigate complex customer inquiries, identify opportunities for growth, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective arenaflex customers
  • Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
  • Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
  • Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
  • Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met

Qualifications and Skill Sets

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skill sets:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
  • Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
  • Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
  • Accountable and reliable

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Property/Casualty Insurance License required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
  • Remote working experience a plus
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
  • US Work Authorization required. arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation and Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
  • Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
  • Hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (if one lives near arenaflex office location) or 100% work from home (if outside of arenaflex office location)
  • Annual Performance Bonus Potential
