Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will shape their experience with our company. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Be knowledgeable about arenaflex products and services, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
  • Make outgoing calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage call data accurately, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Educate clients on procedures, answer questions, and provide information to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends to ensure a competitive edge

Qualifications

* High school graduate or G.E.D.

  • Minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10,000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to overcome objections and gain customer commitment
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
  • Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season
  • Subject to background check

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday, 11:30am to 8:00pm, Hybrid after 60 days

  • Or
  • Saturday and Sunday, 1:00pm to 9:00pm and Monday, 2:00pm to 9:00pm with 2 other days of the week - remote after training
  • Training: 2 weeks onsite during the week
  • Location: East Brunswick
  • Salary: $20 per hour
