Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their dry cleaning and laundry needs
• Receiving and inspecting garments, noting any special instructions or concerns and tagging those that may need hand spotting or stain treatment
• Ensuring orders are accurately tagged to be laundered or dry cleaned
• Operating a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Following the Company protocol for new customer sign-ups
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Comfortable using computers and POS systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday-Friday from 8:45am-6pm including occasional Saturdays from 10am-5pm when needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as necessary
