What you will be doing:- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Create / manage detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, budget, and dependencies, while actively mitigating risks.
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring clear alignment.
- Facilitate transparent communication and proactive status reporting to all stakeholders.
- Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, and frameworks to boost project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Experienced client-facing Project Manager (10+ years, FinTech/enterprise software) with strong technical literacy in software engineering, cloud, and data systems.
- Essential PMI/PMP, advantageous Agile/Scrum.
- Proven success in critical project and relationship management, known for strategic decision-making and creative solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in leading planning sessions for stakeholder alignment and identifying trends/risks via metrics, feedback, and financials.
- Calm, approachable, authentic, managing pressure with clear communication.
- Familiar with SOC and ISO compliance.
