HR Business Analyst / Projects (m/f/d) (Remote work, DE)

As an HR Business Analyst within our HR Global Business Services Organization, you act as the key link between HR GBS, IT and cross-functional business stakeholders. You ensure that HR processes across the HR landscape run efficiently, digitally and in alignment with business needs. Your focus includes end-to-end process analysis, continuous improvement, system enhancements and strong project involvement.

Your role in our team

  • You act as the primary contact for HR process analysis, design, optimization and documentation across the entire HR GBS scope
  • As part of your role, you drive the standardization and harmonization of global and regional HR processes to ensure scalability and operational efficiency
  • You identify process gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions
  • You support the configuration, testing and continuous improvement of HR tech solutions (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workflow tools)
  • You collaborate closely with HR Employee Services, HR BP teams, Payroll, IT and external vendors
  • As part of your responsibilities, you ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and data protections requirements
  • You support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, knowledge articles and HR documentation
  • You manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks and stakeholder communication
  • In addition, you contribute to the development of global HR process frameworks and project governance standards

Your profile

  • You bring a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related discipline
  • You have a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. hire-to-retire, employee lifecycle, payroll, etc.)
  • Experience in HR GBS, HR Operations or HR IT environments will support your success in this role
  • You are familiar with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or similar workflow or case management platforms
  • The ability to map, analyze and optimize complex HR processes is one of your strengths
  • You bring solid project management skills, and experience in agile or waterfall environments is considered an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively across HR, IT and leadership levels
  • An analytical mindset and a structured, problem-solving approach characterize your way of working
  • You are fluent in English, and German skills are considered an advantage
